Q. What is your return policy?
A. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If you receive an item that is damaged or broken, we will happily replace the item. We stand behind the quality and construction of our products, however, normal wear-and-tear is to be expected. Q. What is the turn around time?
A. Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days from order placement.
Q. How do your products benefit my dogs?
A. We all want to be the best pet parents for our fur babies. That may look very different depending on the breed, energy level, lifestyle, and expectations in each situation. Our products are designed with your pet’s best interest in mind and are focused on bringing comfort, mental stimulation, learning, and fun.
Q. Are your products safe for my pets?
A. Each of our products have been tried and tested for safety. As with all pet products, always supervise your pet during play.
Q. I’m a pet owner, not a breeder. Are your products still a good investment?
A. Absolutely! Our products can be used and enjoyed by everyone. For example, our BB Litter boxes are perfect for pet owners that live in apartments with a balcony and want to have an easier-to-access potty spot.
