Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we are only able to accept returns of the products made from plastic or PVC. The cost of returns will be paid by the customer. If you receive an item that is damaged or broken, we will happily replace the item. We stand behind the quality and construction of our products, however, normal wear-and-tear is to be expected.
